Ingrid Villegas has over ten years of experience in talent acquisition and marketing. In 2020, they began working as Talent Acquisition Manager at Kinetic Brands. Prior to that, they worked as Talent Acquisition Specialist at General Assembly from 2018 to 2020. Between 2017 and 2018, they worked as a Recruiting Consultant for both Independent Contractor and Akpe. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an International Marketing Associate at Penguin Random House. Lastly, from 2011 to 2015, they worked at John Wiley and Sons in various roles including Global Rights Coordinator, Inventory Project Coordinator, and Inventory Assistant.

Ingrid Villegas received a degree in Finance from Seton Hall University in 2009, with a field of study in Business Administration. Ingrid is currently attending Baruch College.
