Vinita Mandal is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Associate Director of Engineering at KINESSO since October 2024. Previously, Vinita held the position of Engineering Manager at Fisker Inc from May 2022 to October 2024 and served as a Senior Consultant at Equinox from February 2021 to April 2022. Prior roles include Principal Architect at MOURI Tech, Technical Lead at Tech Mahindra, and various leadership roles at Mindtree, including Technical Lead, Module Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Programmer Analyst. Vinita obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jagannath Institute For Technology & Management, graduating in 2010.
