Ewa Sackiewicz-Steckiewicz is an experienced recruiter and headhunter currently working at IPG Mediabrands since January 2024 and KINESSO since July 2020. At IPG Mediabrands, Ewa collaborates with the HR Team to enhance recruitment and employee experience, focusing on building dynamic teams. At KINESSO, Ewa works closely with Team Managers on recruitment efforts for specialized positions across various sectors, including Programmatic, IT, UX/UI, and Data Science, while managing talent searches in multiple markets including Poland, France, and the USA. Previously, Ewa served as a headhunter and HR consultant at Internet Talents from 2008 to 2020, specializing in direct and executive search, candidate market analysis, and relationship management. Ewa holds a Master's degree in Laws from Europejska Wyższa Szkoła Prawa i Administracji and has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources at Uniwersytet SWPS.
