Cierra Pedersen has been working in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they began working as a Crew Member for Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., where they gained experience in every position and developed leadership, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. In 2014, they began working as a Student at Bloomsburg University and as a Crew Member at Aramark, where they gained experience in multitasking, taking initiative, and working under pressure. In 2015, they became an Intern at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, where they developed their research, communication, networking, and event management skills. In 2016, they became a Marketing Intern at The Morning Call. In 2017, they began working as a Customer Relationship Manager, Business and Development - New Hire Coach, and Outbound Credit Specialist at Creditsafe. Finally, in 2021, they began working as an Account Manager at Kinertia LLC.

Cierra Pedersen graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies.
