Samantha McCarthy is an experienced prevention educator currently facilitating sexual violence prevention curricula in high schools across Chicago with The CAASE since October 2022. Samantha has developed relevant relationships with community partners and has a background in various educational and social service roles, including an internship at Chicago Hyde Park Village, where services for aging adults are prioritized. As a volunteer at AERObridge.org, assistance in media and communications during disaster responses has also been a focus. In addition to qualifications as a spin instructor emphasizing body positivity at Kinema Fitness Inc., Samantha holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity College.
