Esli Omaña's work experience begins in 2012 as an Assistant ESL Teacher at Universidad de Montemorelos. They later became an ESL Teacher at the same institution from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Pre Kindergarten Head Teacher at Colegio Ignacio Allende, and from 2017 to 2018, they became a Kindergarten Head Teacher at the same school. From 2018 to 2019, Esli worked as an English Teacher at Froggin English for Kids, and during the same period, they served as a Kindergarten Head Teacher at West Heights International School. In 2020, Esli worked as a Home School teacher. In 2021, they joined Kinedu as a Content Analyst and later transitioned to a Customer Service Team Lead role. In 2022, they took on the role of Special Projects at Kinedu. Currently, Esli holds the position of Head of Experience and Co-created Content at Kinedu, starting in February 2023.

Esli Omaña has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Intervention in Learning Difficulties, which was obtained from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos. This educational program took place from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Omaña attended the Universidad de Montemorelos from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Preschool Education, specializing in Kindergarten/Preschool Education and Teaching.

In addition to their formal education, Omaña has acquired several certifications. In May 2023, they obtained a certification in Content Marketing from Colectivo23. They also possess certifications in Customer Service Leadership and Project Management Skills for Leaders, which were obtained from LinkedIn in April 2022.
