Meagan Herzog Roberts has an extensive work experience in various senior roles in the finance and real estate industries. Meagan is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategic Programs at Kinective, where they help financial institutions access innovation and enhance their competitive edge. Prior to this, Meagan served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Direct-to-Consumer at HomeLight, a company dedicated to simplifying real estate transactions. Meagan also held positions as Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Strategic Operations at HomeLight. Before joining HomeLight, Meagan worked at TA Associates as a Growth Private Equity Associate, supporting origination and transaction execution for business services companies. Meagan began their career at Citi as a Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Analyst, where they facilitated high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions. Meagan has a strong background in strategic operations, product management, and finance within the technology and financial services sectors.

Meagan Herzog Roberts attended Dartmouth College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish. In 2008, they participated in the Dartmouth Foreign Study Program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Meagan pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at London Business School.
