Jenna Bayler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenna started their career as a Marketing Intern at Red Carpet Promotion, where they gained experience in copywriting, social media consulting, content creation, design, and event planning. Jenna then interned at Jones and Thomas, where they further developed their skills in copywriting, creative thinking, problem-solving, and learning.

After college, Jenna worked as a First Year Experience Mentor and Live On staff member at Millikin University. In this role, they provided support and guidance to first-year business students, assisting them in their transition from high school to college life and helping them navigate their business curriculum.

Jenna then joined the Muscular Dystrophy Association as a Fundraising Coordinator. Here, they wore multiple hats, including account management, sales, content marketing, email marketing, operations, event planning, corporate training, and social media management. Jenna excelled in managing and training a team of full-time BDR/SDRs, increasing recruitment numbers and improving retention rates.

Next, Jenna worked at Amendola Communications as a Communications Manager and later as a Digital Communications Manager. In these roles, they developed and managed social media programs, trained new social media managers, and sold social media services to clients. Jenna also utilized various tools such as Hubspot, Hootsuite, buffer, sprout social, and sprinklr.

Jenna's career then led their to DBSI-Inc, where they held multiple positions including Marketing Content Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Director of Marketing. In these roles, they focused on enhancing content marketing strategies, developing lead generation approaches, improving conversion rates, and building a strong marketing and sales team.

Currently, Jenna is the Director of Marketing ops at Kinective, where they oversee marketing operations initiatives. Additionally, they will be joining CFM as the Director of Marketing Operations in 2022.

Throughout their career, Jenna has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries, build effective teams, and drive results through their expertise in marketing operations, content development, social media management, and strategic planning.

Jenna Bayler earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Millikin University, attending from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained the Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot in January 2018.
