Marie Yatco is a seasoned professional in customer success and experience, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Kindsight since November 2024. Prior to this role, Marie held various leadership positions at Procurify, including VP and Senior Director of Customer Experience from December 2021 to November 2024. Marie also led customer success initiatives at MediaValet Inc. as Head of Customer Success from February 2020 to December 2021. At Vision Critical, Marie worked for nearly a decade, progressing through roles from Account Manager to Director of Customer Success, contributing to the development of customer intelligence platforms. Marie's earlier experience includes positions at Karacters Design Group and DDB Canada, where foundational skills in brand coordination were developed. Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science from the University of British Columbia and has further education from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
