Mette Lorenzen has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as Director of Global Customer Service at Kindred Group plc since June 2012, overseeing a global team of over 300 employees across Europe and North America. Previous roles at Kindred Group include Global Head of Customer Service, where Mette was responsible for all customer service teams across various segments, and Head of Customer Service, alongside managing acquisition integrations. Mette began a career in customer service at Bet24, starting as a Customer Service agent for the German and Danish markets and advancing to Team Manager. Mette holds a Bachelor's degree in German, Marketing, and Business Communications from Aarhus University and is certified in APMG Agile Project Management Foundation with Practitioner.
