Laimonas Guiga is an experienced engineering manager at Kindred Group plc since March 2014, responsible for team development, recruitment, and collaboration across various organizational functions. With a strong background in quality assurance and automated testing, Laimonas has held roles such as QA & Production Line Lead and Senior QA Test Engineer, leading teams and managing projects focused on product quality and testing in regulated markets. Previous experience includes positions as Test Automation Engineer at Kimba.LT and Senior Test Lead at GTECH S.p.A., where Laimonas developed testing strategies and mentored junior team members.
