Jenny Bergquist currently serves as the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Kindred Group plc, managing a team of over 25 legal and Corporate Affairs professionals across Europe and Australia, overseeing a wide range of legal issues including litigations, IP management, GDPR, and corporate law. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions such as Group Head of Legal for Europe & Australia and Head of Legal at Discovery Networks Sweden AB, where responsibilities included managing distribution negotiations, compliance, and IP law. With expertise extending back to their tenure in various leadership roles at Danone and The Absolut Company, Jenny has established legal departments, shaped corporate strategies, and directed compliance efforts throughout their career. Jenny holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law and a Bachelor of Laws in Corporate Law and IP from Stockholm University, along with further legal studies at the University of Sydney.
