Lisa Katayama is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation consulting, strategic leadership, and social impact initiatives. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer at Digital Garage, Inc. and Chief Strategy Officer at Digital Garage US, Inc., Lisa also holds a board position at kindness.org, a nonprofit focused on leveraging science to promote kindness. Previously, Lisa was a Principal at SYPartners and held various roles at MIT Media Lab, including Creative Director and Founding Program Manager of the Director's Fellows Program. As the Founder and CEO of The Tofu Project, Lisa facilitated cross-cultural connections between innovators in Japan and the US. A former journalist, Lisa contributed to prominent publications such as WIRED and authored a book for Chronicle Books. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Rights from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
