Iryna Sliekas has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Iryna started their career as a Flight Attendant at WINDROSE airlines in 2011 and worked there until 2014. Iryna then joined President Hotel Kyiv as a Front Desk Receptionist in 2015. In 2016, they joined Ukraine International Airlines as a Flight Attendant and worked there until 2021. After that, they worked as a Flight Attendant at SkyUp Airlines from 2021 to 2022. Currently, in 2022, they are working as a Sourcer at Kindgeek.

Iryna Sliekas attended Mate Academy in 2022, where they studied Recruitment. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Kherson State University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, in December 2022, Iryna obtained a certification in the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) institution.
