Pavel Poláček has been working in the tech industry since 2006. Pavel began their career as a Programmer at Baud spol. s r.o. in 2006. In 2008, they moved to DCIT, a.s. as a .NET Programmer. In 2015, they became a Technical co-founder at AppSisto. In 2016, they joined STRV as a Backend developer and Lead Software Developer. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CTO at Kindest.
