Emilio Baguioro has extensive experience as a subsea engineer. Emilio started their career at Global Santa fe in 2004 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Subsea Solutions. In 2013, they joined Controltec, where they are currently employed.

From 1974 to 1976, Emilio Baguioro attended John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University in Iloilo City, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Engineering.
