Jilly Dillisse is an experienced corporate recruiter currently working at KindeRdam since August 2021, and previously held multiple roles at Randstad Nederland since June 2017, including Intercedente for various profiles such as executive secretaries and personal assistants, and also focusing on sales and recruitment in the Rotterdam Rijnmond area. Additional experience includes a brief role as an HR officer at ASSA ABLOY Nederland in 2019, an internship in communication at Suiker Unie, and a communication internship at Gemeente Etten-Leur. Jilly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Avans University of Applied Sciences and has completed a minor in strategic HRM at Hogeschool Rotterdam, along with a diploma in management/ executive secretarial studies from Florijn College.
