Melissa Ruiz is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs at Kinder Morgan since December 2013, Melissa has previously held leadership roles at Hamilton Vein Center, Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., CenterPoint Energy, Reliant Energy, and ConocoPhillips. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Melissa earned a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Public Relations.
