Claire started their career at Change Factory as a Technical Writer and Change Management Consultant, where they created policy and procedure documents for clients. Claire then worked at John Holland as a Technical Writer, focusing on business transformation. At Open Universities Australia, they served as a Technical Writer, implementing JIRA Service Desk and building a self-service knowledge base.
Claire then joined Atlassian as a Senior Content Designer, embedded in development teams and creating UI and support experiences for JIRA products. Claire also coordinated research and testing for the mobile team and spoke at conferences about writing. After that, they worked at Seequent as a Content Curator and Editor, telling the company's business and technology stories and leading content initiatives.
