Nia Mack Rodney, M.S. has a diverse background in marketing, consulting, and media. Currently serving as the Sr. Omni Marketing Manager at KIND, Nia also co-founded and leads initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. With experience at VH1 and NBC Universal, Nia has a strong foundation in the media industry. Additionally, as the Founder and President of Mack Rodney Consulting, Nia specializes in developing go-to market launches for CPG companies. Nia holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Hampton University.
