Mike Hardy has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as IT Director at Kind Hospitality since June 2021, where responsibilities include developing a cohesive IT strategy and modernizing infrastructure across multiple brands. Prior to this role, Mike excelled as IT Director at Snooze An AM Eatery, contributing to the company’s expansion from 9 to 49 restaurants and fostering a supportive help desk environment. Earlier experience includes IT Director roles at Panera Bread, where Mike managed the corporate and Bakery Cafe IS environment, and as Sr Project Manager at BEC POS, leading a project management team for Aloha POS applications. Mike also served as Network POS Manager at Xanterra Parks & Resorts, managing systems operations in Yellowstone Park. Mike holds an education from Montana State University Billings.
