Sondos Atwi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data science and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in Analytics at Kinaxis since June 2021, Sondos has designed a comprehensive data model for retail solutions and developed Python-based analytics modules to enhance retail promotional performance. Prior to this role, Sondos was the Lead Data Scientist at Hockeystick, where capabilities of a recommendation engine for startup and funder matching were established, and previously contributed as a Data Scientist and Backend Developer at Harold, focusing on car pricing solutions. Sondos holds a Master in Business Analytics and Big Data from IE School of Human Sciences and Technology, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. Early career experience included quality control engineering roles at Murex, specializing in integrations and testing.
