Eric Laporte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical account management. Currently serving as Manager of Premier Support at Kinaxis, Eric leads a team focused on delivering high-impact, personalized service to strategic customers. Eric's previous roles at Kinaxis include Team Lead and Account Manager, where responsibilities ranged from recruiting and mentoring staff to managing customer onboarding and internal escalations. Additionally, Eric is the President of Ottawa Drones, providing aerial services and content generation. Prior to these roles, Eric worked at Adobe as a Technical Account Manager and held various technical positions at Kinaxis, IBM, Pollensoft Inc., and Telecom Ottawa. Eric holds a degree in Computer Systems Technician from Algonquin College.
