Michael Briscoe has extensive experience in employee and labour relations, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations and Labour Relations at Kinark Child and Family Services since August 2022. Prior roles include Employee and Labour Relations Consultant at Southlake Regional Health Centre and Chief Administrative Officer for the Ontario Provincial Police Association, where responsibilities included overseeing administration, finances, and strategic labour relations. Michael's career spans various positions within both the public and private sectors, including strategic roles with the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General and the Ontario Ministry of Finance. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and several HR certifications, including CHRL and CHRP.
