Catherine Provost, M.S., CPTD, serves as the Training and Development Manager at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. since 2005, focusing on helping clients achieve employee learning objectives, upskilling, and aligning behavioral changes with organizational goals. With expertise in strategic planning and technical training program development, Catherine leads various training and development initiatives. Prior to this role, Catherine was an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Communication at North Carolina State University from 2003 to 2005, responsible for teaching public speaking classes and developing lesson plans and assessments. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/English from SUNY Geneseo.
