Randi Hugnes is a seasoned political advisor currently employed at Tekna since January 2021. Prior to this role, Randi served as an EU advisor and trainee at SINTEF Energi AS from September 2019 to December 2020, focusing on research, innovation, strategy, network building, knowledge dissemination, and EU funding. Randi holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained between 2017 and 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies/Civilization from the University of Oslo (UiO), completed from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Randi has furthered academic pursuits at Charles University in 2016.
