Allan Sapp has extensive experience in project representation and design technology, currently serving as a Senior Resident Project Representative and Senior Design Technician at Kimley-Horn since March 2007. Prior to this role, Allan held positions as a Construction Inspector and CAD Designer at Hakanson Anderson and Associates, as well as a CADD Tech at Stanley Consultants and HDR. Earlier career experience includes a CADD Tech role at Connexus Energy. Allan earned an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Technology from Northwest Technical Institute, with studies from 1997 to 1999.
