Justin O'Sullivan began their work experience as a Process Chemistry Intern at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in 2016. Justin then worked as a Research Assistant at Skidmore College, where they conducted research on efficient syntheses of highly substituted cyclohexene compounds under Kara Cetto Bales. In 2017, Justin became a Graduate Student at the University of California, Davis, focusing on developing bioluminescent molecular imaging platforms and probing transition metal-peptide hormone interactions. Justin's most recent position was as a Scientist I at Carmot Therapeutics, Inc., where they worked from January to April 2023. Currently, Justin works as a Scientist at Kimia Therapeutics, starting in April 2023.
Justin O'Sullivan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at Skidmore College from 2013 to 2017. Justin then pursued their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Chemical Biology at the University of California, Davis from 2017 to 2022.
