Abbe Arias, CPA, has extensive experience in financial systems and management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Systems at Kimco Realty Corporation since August 2007, Abbe directs the financial operations for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust based in New York. Prior to this role, Abbe worked as a Support Specialist at Realm Business Solutions and as a CTI Program Manager at Macerich, where responsibilities included advanced technical support and system administration for real estate software. Earlier career experience includes serving as Regional Accounting Manager at CB Commercial, overseeing a team of accountants managing vast real estate portfolios. Abbe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University, along with additional education from Dale Carnegie and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
