Heidi Wilson has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as District Manager at Kimco Services, LLC since September 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing the hiring process, training, and managing P&L, employee evaluations, and service performance. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as an IRU Analyst at UnitedHealth Group from July 2002 to July 2010, focusing on claims investigations and data entry. Additionally, Heidi held the position of Operations Supervisor for Claims Transactions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from February 1990 to June 2002, managing a team of 36 employees and providing coaching. Educational background includes studies at Parkland College and Rantoul Township High School.
