Seema Jain is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the APAC Talent Management Head and Lead for Talent OD D&I & HR at Kimberly-Clark since September 2022, Seema previously held the position of General Manager - Human Resources at Tata Play Ltd from January 2020 to September 2022. Seema's career at MSD spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate HR Business Partner in Human Resources. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition and Associate - Human Resources at Abbott India Ltd. Seema holds an MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, completed in 2008.
