Natalia Augier is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Communications Team Leader for Kimberly-Clark in the North Latin American Region, Natalia is responsible for internal and external communications, including media relations and crisis management, while also leading communications for the CEV cluster. Prior to this role, Natalia coordinated communications and marketing efforts at Fundación Omar Dengo, overseeing a team and directly collaborating with leadership. With a background that includes positions at The Map Communications, Harrison & Wolf, and Porter Novelli, Natalia has developed a strong foundation in strategic planning, public relations, and event organization. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from Universidad de Costa Rica.
