Nadia Mathews, MHRM, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Kimberly-Clark since January 2022. With a strong background in recruitment and human resources, Nadia previously held key positions at L'Oréal, including Manager and Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing recruitment for various departments and enhancing the Employer Brand Image. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Rutgers University, and Talent Acquisition Specialist and Campus Recruiter at Matlen Silver. Nadia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University, along with a study abroad experience at the University of Melbourne.
