Dan Rowley has extensive experience in talent management and leadership development, having held significant positions at major organizations including The Coca-Cola Company as Director of Global Executive Leadership Development, Anthem, Inc. as Director of Enterprise Leadership Development, and Hilton as Senior Director of Operations Talent Management & Leadership Development. Currently, Dan serves as a Talent Partner for Executive & Leadership Development at Kimberly-Clark and has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Global Alumni. Dan Rowley holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and has completed master's coursework in Clinical Adult Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
