Chad Parrott is an experienced professional in revenue growth management and sales strategy, currently serving as the Associate Director of Revenue Growth Management at Kimberly-Clark since September 2024. Prior to this role, Chad held various leadership positions at Johnsonville from May 2016 to September 2024, including Director of Sales Strategy for US Retail and Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management & Sales Strategy. Additionally, Chad was President of the Board of Directors for the Village Estates Condominium Owners Association from January 2023 to July 2024, and worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Black Maple Capital. Chad's career began at Stark Investments, where roles included Portfolio Risk Manager and Financial Reporting Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Lubar College of Business.
