Adam Carpenter is an experienced professional in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Mill Manager at Kimberly-Clark since January 2002. With a diverse range of titles including Operations Manager and Process Development Manager, Adam oversees operations teams of 120 personnel dedicated to producing conventional tissue products. Previous roles include Senior Process Engineer and Tissue Machine Superintendent at BHP Billiton, along with tenure as Principal Engineer at BHP Engineering. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical from the University of Newcastle.
