Eric Russman is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Dean of Students at Kimball Union Academy since July 2004, where responsibilities include teaching in the World Languages Department and coaching the girls varsity soccer team. Prior roles include directing a therapeutic field study program at the Academy at Swift River and managing a conservation foundation in Costa Rica. Eric's early career involved working with the Peace Corps on environmental education and coordinating special education programs in Houston ISD. Eric holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in History and Government from Colby College.
