Troy Kurz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facility management and construction. As the Director of Facilities at Kimball Health Services since September 2019, Troy oversees operations and strategic planning. Previously, Troy served as Regional Construction Manager for InterContinental Hotels Group for nearly a year and owned a business while seeking new opportunities in 2018. From 2005 to 2018, Troy held the position of Senior Construction Manager at Cabela's, where leadership of site development and construction teams contributed to retail expansion projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Cator, Ruma & Associates, focusing on client and budget management in mechanical system design. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
