Glenn Menear possesses over 40 years of extensive experience in flexible printed circuit manufacturing, spanning various roles in research and development, design, and high-volume manufacturing support both domestically and internationally. Currently serving as Global Technology Manager at Kimball Electronics since February 2022, Glenn's previous positions include Principal Engineer and Senior Development Engineer at All Flex Flexible Circuits & Heaters, and Owner of Raenem Consulting, LLC. Additional roles include Director of Operations at Neoconix, Sr. Technology Manager at Samtec, and several other engineering and management positions across prominent companies in the industry. Glenn holds a degree from Augsburg University.
