Gina Dobric has worked in the Human Resources field since 2002. In 2004, they took on the role of HR Manager at PepsiCo Intl. Gina then moved to Star Foods/PepsiCo International in the same role in 2002. In 2006, they joined UP SERVICES - HR SOLUTIONS PROVIDER as a Senior Consultant, taking on the Deputy GM role and managing the Training and Recruiting teams. In 2010, they became a Project Coordinator at HCS-Advanced People Strategies, managing an EU funded SOPHRD project. In 2015, they took on the role of Executive Search at ICAP Romania. Finally, in 2016, they became a Client Manager and Executive Search Consultant at Kilpatrick, an international company.

Gina Dobric obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Bucharest between 1989 and 1994.
