Taylor Armstrong, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Contracts and Operations Manager at Kilda Group LLC, a position held since October 2021, following roles as Operations Manager and Junior Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure as Communications Manager - Content Policy at Facebook for a brief period in 2021, and five years as an Education Abroad Advisor at the University of South Carolina, facilitating the study abroad process for over 825 undergraduate students. Notable achievements include addressing inquiries regarding study abroad programs, supporting the implementation of the Education Abroad Office's application management system, and initiating a lean effort that led to Green Office Certification in 2018.
