Nour Bitar is an experienced professional in strategic execution and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Strategy Execution & Transformation at CloudMD since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nour was the Vice President of Operations at TELUS Health from December 2021 to August 2023, and held the position of Senior Director of Product Operations and Enablement. Nour's expertise further extends through various leadership roles at LifeWorks, including Director of Business Enablement and Director of Transformation & Operational Excellence. Nour also gained significant experience at Morneau Shepell, serving in multiple capacities such as Director of Wellness Operations and Manager of Operations. Earlier career roles at Shepell.fgi as Health Management Supervisor and Operations Supervisor laid a solid foundation for Nour's extensive background in operations management. Nour holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from York University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
