Kaisu Mononen is a Senior Researcher at the Huippu-urheilun instituutti KIHU - Finnish Institute of High Performance Sport KIHU since November 2022. Previously, Kaisu Mononen served as a Researcher at the Research Institute for Olympic Sports. Kaisu Mononen holds a Doctor of Sport Sciences degree with a specialization in Sport Pedagogy from the University of Jyväskylä.
