Joe Leonard has extensive experience in program management and business development, holding multiple leadership roles at KIHOMAC since 2016, including Vice President of Programs and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to KIHOMAC, Joe Leonard served in the United States Air Force from 1992 to 2016, where duties included Program Manager and C-141 Radar Navigator. Earlier in Joe Leonard's career, experience included working as an Engineer in the offshore oil industry at Teleco Oilfield Services from 1990 to 1991. Joe Leonard earned a degree from Louisiana State University.
