Octavio Bidegain began their career in 2018 as an Ayudante alumno Instalaciones Electricas 1 y 2 at Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata. Octavio also started working at Edenor in 2018 as Jefe del departamento de Recupero de Energía, where they were responsible for leading a team of approximately 70 people and monitoring indicators that directly impact non-technical energy losses. Additionally, they were in charge of ensuring that Morosidad and Nuevos Suministros processes were executed within the established deadlines. In the same year, they also took on the role of Supervisor de asistencia técnica. In 2022, they joined Kigfci as a Project Engineer.

Octavio Bidegain began their educational career in 2013 when they enrolled at the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata and earned an Ingeniería degree in Ingeniería Electromecánica in 2019. In 2020, they completed a Líderes Data Driven course at Acámica and a Diplomatura in Finanzas - Mercado de Capitales at Universidad del CEMA. In 2021, they earned a Diplomatura in Programación informática, aplicaciones específicas from Academia Ruben J. Ulláa and is currently pursuing a Maestría in Finanzas, general from Universidad del CEMA.
