Phillip Welsh, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Engineering and Engineering Services at Kiewit since October 2011. Previously, Phillip held various positions at Kiewit, including Vice President of Engineering Services and Director of Electrical & Controls Engineering and Design. Prior to Kiewit, Phillip was the Engineering Manager at Accent Controls, Inc. from March 2002 to October 2011, and served as Sr. Control Engineer at Kasa Industrial Controls, Inc. from 1998 to 2002.
