Lucas Davis is an experienced Process Principal Engineer at Kiewit, where since February 2012, responsibilities include managing process engineering departments across various industries including water/wastewater, mining, power, and food. Key duties involve overseeing processes, software, tools, and personnel to ensure effective project execution, alongside managing staffing, continuous improvement initiatives, and hiring. Previously, as Lead Process Engineer, Lucas provided technical oversight for water treatment projects, and earlier served as a Process Engineer focusing on water management systems. Lucas's career began at Alcoa, where as a Process Engineer, work involved investment casting and milling processes for turbine blades. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University, earned in 2011.
