Doug Barr, PE, is a seasoned Senior Bridge Engineer currently with Kiewit since September 2023, after holding significant positions such as Senior Engineer at KLJ from May 2021 to September 2023, and Senior Structural Engineer at Wood from May 2013 to May 2021. With a strong background in bridge and culvert design and project management, Doug has led multiple Design-Build pursuits and served as Project Manager on numerous bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects across several states. Prior roles include Bridge Group Manager at Wood Environmental & Infrastructure Solutions and leadership positions in local bridge projects at SEH and Range Engineering. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and has extensive experience in coordinating and executing complex engineering projects, focusing on design, quality control, and team leadership.
