Michelle Spriggs is an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist currently at Kiernan Trebach LLP since July 2023. Previously, Michelle held various roles at Wells Fargo from September 2009 to December 2022, including Senior Home Preservation Specialist, where responsibilities included serving as the primary contact for customers during the home preservation process and managing escalated complaints. Additional positions included Customer Service Interim Supervisor, Team Lead, Representative V, and Collections Specialist III, where Michelle focused on client relationships, mortgage payment processing, and account collections. Early in the career, Michelle worked as a Document Specialist, assisting customers in gathering necessary documentation for home retention options. Michelle is currently pursuing an education at Montgomery College, having enrolled in August 2005.
