Marcel Fischermanns has a diverse work experience in various roles within the automotive industry. Marcel began their career as a Teamleader in Brunel before moving on to become a Key Account Manager and later a Teamleader for Mobility at RLE International. Marcel then worked as a Project Manager at ZF Group. After that, Marcel joined GIGATRONIK as the Head of Diagnose and System Engineering. Marcel then worked for ALTEN as the Head of Embedded Software Development in the automotive sector. Currently, Marcel is the Head of Functional Safety Management/Cyber Security and Engineering Quality and Global Labs at Kiekert AG.

Marcel Fischermanns completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at Business School, Prag from 2020 to 2021.
